Pickle
Pickles, the shy but adorable lovebird that we have recently featured on our Instagram story? Pickles is up for adoption! Rescued from terrible living conditions with overcrowding, worms in food, and a filthy, smelly cage, Pickles has grown from a fearful, skittish juvenile to a calmer, but still shy, bird.
Twitter was a lost bird that was surrendered to Parrot Society Singapore. Twitter had some discharge visible at the nose when we got and was brought to the vet immediately. The vet help clean up Twitter and said it was dried up discharge nothing to worry about.
Pika & Mika
Pika & Mika was found on a Facebook post where the owner was going to abandon them so Parrot Society Singapore took them in. They were house in a small and filthy cage along with 10 other lovebirds and eggs.
Miyo
Miyo came from a good living environment, but unfortunately its owners were not able to care for it anymore. They approached us to help with their situation, and Miyo has been placed in foster care for the past months. Miyo is a tame and interactive bird, and will do well with an owner who is
Quito
Quito was a lost bird, found by one of PSS’ members. After putting up lost-and-found posts and scanning the vicinity where Quito was found for several weeks, no owner has been found. The member then surrendered Quito to PSS for adoption to a loving home.
