Social Media Manager

What you’ll be doing

As the Social Media Manager, you’ll take charge of PSS’s social media accounts, creating, scheduling, and engaging with followers. You’ll monitor social media trends and analytics to optimise our online presence, ensuring all communications reflect our branding and effectively promote our mission and activities. You will also be required to field private messages and involve the relevant volunteers to respond to enquiries accordingly.

We’re looking for someone who has

• Experience in managing social media accounts for organisations.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• The ability to engage with and grow an online community.
• Knowledge of branding and messaging consistency.
• Approximately 8 hours per week to contribute, comprising daily monitoring of social media accounts, plus spare time to create new content for publishing.
