Training & Development Coordinator

What you’ll be doing

As the Training & Development Coordinator, you’ll ensure that all volunteers receive the training and development opportunities they need to succeed. You’ll source, design and deliver orientation programs, role-specific training, and workshops that enhance skills and knowledge. You’ll also identify opportunities for volunteers to grow within PSS, offering advanced training and leadership development programs.

We’re looking for someone who has

  • Experience in training, education, or volunteer coordination.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
  • The ability to develop orientation programs and role-specific training.
  • Experience in creating and delivering workshops.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Approximately 5–7 hours per week to contribute, with more time needed during major training sessions.
